An exercise on international cooperation in competition law enforcement

By : Marek Martyniszyn (Queen's University Belfast)
This exercise provides students with an understanding of some of the intricacies of international cooperation in competition law enforcement. It was developed in the framework of a module which aims to help students develop a variety of transferable skills. With this in mind, this exercise involves: (1) group work, (2) analysis of legal texts, (3) preparation and delivery of small presentations under time-constraint. This exercise has been developed within the framework of an LLM module 'Comparative Competition Law: the Case of the EU as the Leading Model', co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
