Nicholls, Rob University of New South Wales
Dr Rob Nicholls is a senior lecturer in business law at the UNSW Business School and a visiting research fellow at the Centre for Law, Markets and Regulation in the UNSW Law School. He is also a visiting fellow at UTS Sydney Law. His research interests focus on regulation including regulation of networked industries, the financial services sector and regulatory interactions with competition law and policy. Before moving to academia, he worked for the ACCC and spent twelve years as a client-facing consultant at Gilbert + Tobin. Rob is an accredited mediator and Australia’s Independent Telecommunications Adjudicator.
