Biography

Anna Piszcz is a professor for economic law at the University of Białystok. In 2013 she pursued her habilitation on fines in Polish antimonopoly law and, in 2015, she was promoted to the position of extraordinary professor at the University of Białystok. She has been a member of the Advisory Board to the Polish competition authority (President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection) since 2014. In Białystok, she is ToD of the Head of the Department of Public Economic Law and the Institutional Coordinaton of Erasmus+ Programme. In the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS), she is a coordinator of CARS activities in fines in competition and consumer protection. Since 2015 she is a recommended arbitrator of the Eastern Arbitration Court in Białystok.
